Jessica has represented clients in many transformative transactions. She has helped to pave the way for critical market expansion of high-profile NYC businesses to other major metro markets, represented the NBA’s Brooklyn Nets in leasing corporate headquarters space, and handled the leasing requirements of Turnstyle, the groundbreaking underground retail marketplace in NYC. She also has helped multiple Manhattan office building owners lease space to the federal and state governments, deftly navigating the many complexities and restrictive requirements inherent in leasing to government entities.

  • Represented JEMB Realty Corp. in various leases for its newly constructed office tower in Brooklyn, which is a 500,000 square foot building that is also Brooklyn’s tallest office tower.
  • Represented real estate developer David Edelstein in a lease and collaboration with renowned restaurateurs Stephen Starr and Keith McNally bringing NYC Meatpacking District hotspot Pastis to the trendy Wynwood arts area in Miami.
  • Represented the owner and developer of a project in Gowanus, Brooklyn in a lease to Tesla.
  • Represented the NBA’s Brooklyn Nets in a lease for its new corporate headquarters in Industry City, in Sunset Park in downtown Brooklyn. The new headquarters will occupy approximately 85,000 square feet in Building 19, which is also where the Nets’ training facility is located. Also represented the NBA’s Brooklyn Nets in a retail lease for space within Barclays Center.
  • Represented Columbus Turnstyle LLC in the leasing of Turnstyle, an underground marketplace in the 59th Street Columbus Circle concourse.
  • Represented Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in significant net leases of development sites and leases of data centers.
  • Represented multiple owners of Manhattan office buildings in negotiating leases to the federal government for office space, which required navigating the restrictive requirements of this type of tenant.
