Olshan Real Estate Attorneys Represent Landlord in Negotiation of Lease Yard House Times Square Location

The Commercial Observer reported that Yard House, a fast-casual pub chain that boasts the world’s largest selection of draft beer, has leased 19,000 square feet at 10 Times Square. This will be Yard House’s first New York City location and the company is expected to occupy the lower level, first and second floors of the 34-story building. Real Estate attorneys Nina Roket and Jessica Stanton represented the landlord L.H. Charney Associates in the negotiation of the lease.
