Our Retail Leasing Group represents landlords and tenants in sophisticated retail transactions throughout New York, Florida, and major markets nationwide. We advise owners, developers, investors, and retailers on the full spectrum of retail leasing matters—combining legal precision with a deep understanding of market trends and business objectives.
We have extensive experience across asset types, including flagship and high-street locations, shopping centers, mixed-use projects, and lifestyle destinations. Our team is particularly active in the food, beverage, and event space sectors, where we negotiate leases for restaurants, hospitality groups, private clubs, entertainment venues, and experiential concepts.
Known for our practical, deal-driven approach, we navigate complex structures such as ground leases, redevelopments, leasehold financings, and intricate build-outs.
