Commercial Observer (subscription required) and New York Post reported on the lease signed by international financial trading platform Moomoo for a retail location in Herald Towers, owned by longstanding Olshan client JEMB Realty. Located at the building’s West 33rd Street corner, this will be Moomooo’s first retail location.
