Olshan Represents JV in Ground Lease for New Facility for The Browning School

Crain’s New York Business (subscription required) reported on Olshan’s representation of the joint venture of the landlords of The Browning School, a private all boys school on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, in a long-term ground lease for a 60,000-square-foot academic, athletic and community space at 337 E. 64th St. Co-Chair of Olshan’s Real Estate Law practice Thomas Kearns and real estate partner Jessica Stanton represented the landlords in this transaction.
