Olshan Represents Marx Realty in Partnership with Highball Ltd. at 10 Grand Central

Crain’s New York Business (subscription required), Connect CRE and Time Out New York reported on the partnership between Olshan client Marx Realty and East Village speakeasy Please Don't Tell (PDT), along with Apres Cru Hospitality, to bring Highball Ltd., a 6,000 square-foot hidden bar, to 36-story Midtown office building 10 Grand Central. Highball will occupy part of Marx Realty's 11,000-square-foot amenity suite on the 11th floor, which includes a meeting lounge that fits 200 participants, a sound-attenuated space equipped with technology needed to produce and record podcasts, and a theater with plush stadium seating. Highball's space will include a kitchen and seat 65 people. Co-Managing Partner, Co-Chair of the firm's Real Estate Law Practice and Chair of the firm’s Commercial Leasing Practice Nina M. Roket led the Olshan team that represented Marx Realty in this deal, which included real estate partner Jessica Stanton.
