Olshan Represents TriCap’s David Edelstein in Acquisition and Sale of Two Properties in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District for $24.5M

Firm News

The Real Deal (subscription required) and South Florida Business Journal (subscription required) reported on Olshan’s representation of longtime client David Edelstein in the approximately $24.5 million simultaneous acquisition and sale of two properties located at 320 and 380 NW 26th Street in the heart of Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. The transaction culminated in the sale of a prominent boutique retail property to Moishe Mana, Wynwood’s largest landowner. The single-story building, originally a shoe warehouse, had been transformed into a premier retail destination anchored by the acclaimed Pastis restaurant from renowned restaurateur Stephen Starr, together with luxury lighting and furnishings showroom Apparatus. The successful closing generated more than $14 million in net sale proceeds for the client and marked the second transaction Olshan has completed between David Edelstein and Moishe Mana within a seven-month period (read our previous news item: Olshan Represents TriStar Capital and RAL Partners in Sale of Property in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District for $33.5M). Co-Chair of Olshan’s Real Estate Law Practice Eric Goldberg led the Olshan team that represented David Edelstein in this transaction, which included associate Mattan Maman.
