Olshan Represents TriStar Capital and RAL Partners in Sale of Property in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District for $33.5M

South Florida Business Journal reported on the sale by Olshan client TriStar Capital and its co-venture partner of 1.7 acres of vacant land at 2641, 2661 and 2701 N.W. 5th Ave., and 410, 420 and 435 N.W. 27th St. in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District to developer Moishe Mana for $33.5 million. Olshan assisted its client in assembling the first portion of the site in 2018 and the second portion in 2021, when it concluded its joint venture with RAL. Co-Chair of Olshan’s Real Estate Law Practice Eric Goldberg led the Olshan team that represented TriStar Capital in this transaction, which included law clerk Mattan Maman.
