Olshan Represents Kushner Cos. in JV with Cain to Develop Luxury Residential Tower in Miami’s Edgewater Neighborhood

The Real Deal (subscription required), South Florida Business Journal (subscription required), Multifamily Dive and Bisnow reported on the formation of a new joint venture between Olshan client Kushner Cos. and London-based Cain, who are planning a 40-story, 364-unit luxury apartment tower on Cain’s 1.5-acre site at 614 and 720 Northeast 27th Street in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami. Olshan Co-Managing Partner, Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Law Practice and Chair of the Commercial Leasing Practice Nina M. Roket led the Olshan team that represented Kushner Cos. in the JV and the entity in the acquisition and financing, which also included real estate partner Gregory Jaske, corporate partner Claudia Dubón, real estate associate Melody Schor and law clerk Mattan Maman.
