As a member of Olshan’s Real Estate Law Group, Mattan Maman brings a business-minded perspective when guiding clients through complex deals and disputes, leveraging his combined experience in law, finance and property markets.
Mattan focuses his practice on real estate transactions and related litigation. His background spans residential and commercial real estate, property acquisitions, complex financings and disputes involving real property rights. As a summer associate at prominent New York law firms, Mattan assisted with both transactional and litigation matters. His experience includes drafting contracts of sale, mortgages and loan documents, conducting due diligence for acquisitions and preparing key litigation materials such as complaints, summary judgment motions and trial examination questions. He has also worked on matters involving 1031 exchanges, easement disputes and commercial foreclosures.
Prior to law school, Mattan worked in real estate investment and brokerage. At Beyond Homes, LLC, he evaluated hundreds of single-family homes for acquisition, analyzing deal structures, financial performance and risk. As a licensed real estate salesperson with the Corcoran Group, he represented clients in residential transactions throughout New York City, bringing a data-driven approach to valuation and negotiation.
Before joining the firm full-time, Mattan worked as a real estate extern at Olshan.
