Olshan Represents Convene Hospitality Group in Lease for Event Space at Historic Terminal Warehouse in West Chelsea

It is the first signed lease at the 1.3 million square foot Terminal Warehouse. In a major milestone for the billion-dollar redevelopment, The Mallory will occupy the three-level event space in the building’s northwest corner at 12th Avenue and West 28th Street. The location will serve as a premier venue for galas and special occasions of all kinds, as well as a conferencing space and lounge for tenants of the building’s extensive office portion.
