Olshan Represents JEMB Realty in Leases with Moomoo and IT Italian Trattoria at Herald Towers

Crain’s New York Business (subscription required) reported on the leases signed by international financial trading platform Moomoo and restaurant chain IT Italian Trattoria for retail locations in Herald Towers, owned by longstanding Olshan client JEMB Realty. Moomoo signed a lease on the West 33rd Street side of Herald Towers, while IT Italian Trattoria signed a lease on the building’s southern side.
