Olshan Represents David Edelstein in Sale of Miami Assemblage

The Real Deal has reported on the sale of four Wynwood, Miami, properties acquired by Olshan client David Edelstein to AMLI Residential. The assemblage at 45 Northwest 24^th St. is zoned for 669,600 sq. ft. and 321 residential units. Real Estate partner Eric Goldberg led the Olshan team in the sale, assisted by partner Dov Brandstatter and associate Jessica Stanton.
