Nina Roket, Dov Brandstatter and Jessica Stanton Represent Convene Hospitality Group in Lease for Flatiron District Events Space The Aperture

Commercial Observer (subscription required), CoStar, New York Business Journal (subscription required) and Conference & Meetings World reported on the lease signed by Olshan client Convene Hospitality Group for a 26,000 square-foot events venue, spanning two floors and capable of hosting up to 1,000 people. Located in the Flatiron District at 120 East 23rd Street, the space is between Park and Lexington avenues and is two blocks east of the landmark Flatiron Building. The space will be named The Aperture and will have a focus on advanced technology, managed in-house, that works to create grander immersive event experiences in the space. The street level entrance will have double-height windows and a flexible entry on the right to allow Convene’s clients to bring in large items as part of the event experience, including cars.
