New York Magazine (subscription required) reported on the 49-year lease and development project signed by Olshan client SC Hospitality for the Kings Athletic Club at the historic Hotel St. George in Brooklyn Heights. The approximately 52,000-square-foot project reflects the growing demand for urban family-oriented clubs and will feature racquet, fitness and wellness amenities designed by Alfredo Paredes.
