As a corporate associate at Olshan, Dorothy M. Sluszka participates in various securities and shareholder activist matters.

Dorothy represents and provides strategic guidance to hedge funds and other investors in matters concerning shareholder activism, proxy contests, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other related matters. Dorothy has experience advising shareholder clients regarding Schedule 13D investments in public companies and activist strategies, including proxy contests, withhold campaigns, consent solicitations, settlement negotiations and hostile takeovers. She also counsels public companies on corporate governance and securities law matters, including the preparation and filing of Securities Act and Exchange Act reports.

Dorothy was a summer associate at Olshan in 2015.  She received her J.D., cum laude, from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and holds a B.A. from New York University.
