Olshan Client Impactive Capital LP Adds Director to Avid Technology Inc.

Bloomberg Law (subscription required) reported on the recent announcement by leading technology provider Avid Technology, Inc., which powers the media and entertainment industry, that the company has added new director Christian A. Asmar to its Board of Directors.  Asmar is co-founder and Managing Partner of Olshan client Impactive Capital LP.  Ian Engoron represented Impactive Capital in connection with its engagement and settlement agreement with Avid Technology.
