H Partners Reaches Agreement with Six Flags

Yahoo Finance and other media sources reported on the agreement reached between Olshan client H Partners and Six Flags Entertainment Corporation pursuant to which Arik Ruchim, a Partner at H Partners, joined Six Flags’ Board of Directors and was also appointed to the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and to the Compensation Committee. Andrew Freedman represented H Partners in connection with its investment in Six Flags.
