Based on the certified results, Olshan client The Stilwell Group, the largest shareholder of Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc., received overwhelming support from stockholders in their proxy campaign at Wheeler. All three of Stilwell's director nominees, Joseph D. Stilwell, Paula J. Poskon and Kerry G. Campbell, were elected to Wheeler's Board of Directors.
