Olshan Client VIEX Capital Advisors Reaches Agreement with Immersion Corporation for Board Nomination and Declassification

Olshan client VIEX Capital Advisors, LLC announced that it has entered into a cooperation agreement with Immersion Corporation, whereby the company agreed to nominate for election at the 2017 annual meeting of stockholders an independent director recommended by VIEX and submit to a stockholder vote a binding proposal to declassify the board. The Olshan team that advised VIEX Capital included Steve Wolosky.
