Rebecca focuses her practice primarily in the areas of shareholder activism, securities law, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. She represents and provides strategic guidance to hedge funds and other investors in matters concerning shareholder activism, proxy contests, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other related matters.
