Lynrock Lake Reaches Agreement with Teradata Corporation for Board Representation

Olshan client Lynrock Lake reached an agreement with Teradata Corporation (NYSE: TDC) pursuant to which Teradata agreed to appoint Melissa Fisher to its board and to work with Lynrock Lake on the appointment of an additional independent director following the company’s 2026 Annual Meeting. Teradata also agreed that two incumbent directors will not stand for re-election as part of its refreshment process. Vice Chair of Olshan’s Shareholder Activism Practice Group Ryan Nebel, Rebecca Van Derlaske and Joshua Becker represented Lynrock Lake in connection with its investment in Teradata.
