Ryan Nebel Quoted in Inc. Magazine on Celsius Activist Campaign and Shareholder Influence

Vice Chair of Olshan’s Shareholder Activism Practice Group Ryan Nebel was quoted in an Inc. Magazine article on Rockstar Energy’s founder Russ Savage—who has a roughly $300 million, 4.7% stake in Celsius Holdings—calling for the ouster of the company’s CEO and Chairman, volunteering to become CEO himself. Ryan noted that investors with even smaller stakes have successfully forced changes. “A 4.7 [percent] shareholder can effect significant change from the outside,” he commented. “We have helped numerous investors with smaller stakes than that successfully agitate for change and even prevail in proxy contests.”
