Bradley L. Radoff Reaches Agreement with Avanos Medical for Board Representation

Olshan client Bradley L. Radoff reached an agreement with Avanos Medical pursuant to which the company agreed to nominate two new directors – James Cunniff and William Burke – for election to Avanos Medical’s board at the company’s upcoming annual meeting. Vice Chair of Olshan’s Shareholder Activism Practice Group Ryan Nebel, Rebecca Van Derlaske and Joseph Ferrone represent Bradley L. Radoff in connection with his investment in Avanos Medical.
