22NW Reaches Agreement with Stoneridge for Board Representation

Olshan client 22NW reached an agreement with Stoneridge pursuant to which the company agreed to appoint Aron R. English – the founder and portfolio manager of 22NW – to its board of directors. Vice Chair of Olshan’s Shareholder Activism Practice Group Ryan Nebel, Rebecca Van Derlaske and Joseph Ferrone represented 22NW in connection with its investment in Stoneridge.
