Kenneth Silverman Handles Acquisition of CEI Equipment Company for Alleghany Capital Subsidiary Kentucky Trailer

Alleghany Capital Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alleghany Corporation, announced that its subsidiary, R.C. Tway Company, LLC (dba Kentucky Trailer), a leading manufacturer of custom trailers and truck bodies serving a variety of end markets, reached agreement to acquire a majority interest in CEI Equipment Company LLC.
