Olshan Wins M&A Advisor Private Equity “Deal of the Year” Award for Its Representation in the Sale of Kaufman Astoria Studios

Olshan has been named a winner in the 21st Annual M&A Advisor Awards in the category “Private Equity Deal of the Year (between $500MM - $1B)” for the firm’s representation of Kaufman Astoria Studios in its sale to the joint venture of Hackman Capital Partners and Square Mile Capital Management.
