Nina Roket and Siobhan Green Represent LH Charney in Times Square Retail Leases

New York Real Estate Journal (subscription required) reported on Olshan client LH Charney leasing 6,000 square feet of retail space at 1410 Broadway in Times Square to new tenants Miznon, a restaurant specializing in Israeli cuisine, and Hawaiian fast-casual restaurant Poke Bowl, in addition to renewing a lease with sandwich shop Pret a Manger. The leases bring LH Charney’s retail space at 1410 Broadway to full occupancy. Co-Chair of Olshan’s Real Estate Group and Chair of the firm’s Commercial Leasing Group partner Nina Roket and partner Siobhan Green represented LH Charney in these leases.
