Melody’s clients range from real estate sellers, purchasers and borrowers, health care providers, developers, investors, landlords and tenants. She assists her clients in a full range of real estate transactions, including financings and restructurings, sales and acquisitions, 1031exchanges, development, joint ventures and leases. Melody also has extensive experience representing religious corporations and not-for-profit organizations of all sizes through in the purchase, sale or leasing of real property, including application for approval to the New York State Attorney General.
Prior to joining Olshan, Melody was a real estate associate at Abrams Fensterman, LLP. She was also a judicial intern for the Honorary Deborah A. Batts, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
