Olshan Represents Apple-Metro in Sale of 21 Applebee’s Restaurants Across New York

The New York Post, CoStar (subscription required), and Yahoo Finance reported on the sale by longstanding Olshan client Apple-Metro of is 21 Applebee’s restaurants across the New York metropolitan area to Doherty Enterprises. Apple-Metro will retain ownership of its Applebee’s Times Square location and its Staten Island Mall location. Real estate partner Nina Roket guided Apple-Metro and corporate partner Jason Saltsberg led the Olshan team representing it in this sale, along with real estate partner Siobhan Green, corporate partner Claudia Dubón, corporate associate Rachel Gold and real estate associate Melody Schor.
