Located at 11001 Lakeline Boulevard, the 235,000 sq ft property will serve as the company’s headquarters. Co-Chair of Olshan’s Real Estate Law Practice Eric Goldberg led the Olshan team that represented Continental General Insurance Company in this transaction, which included real estate associates Melody Schor and Sari Kreutzer.
