Olshan Represents Tallan, Inc. in Asset Sale to Ernst & Young

Olshan client Tallan, Inc., a technology solutions company, closed on the sale of substantially all of its assets to Ernst & Young LLP in February 2023. Tallan brings extensive experience in consulting on Microsoft platforms supporting manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceutical, health care and state and local government. In connection with the sale, members of Tallan’s executive team joined Ernst & Young’s Microsoft Services Group. The transaction and integration of the Tallan team with Ernst & Young’s Microsoft Services Group is expected to deepen Ernst & Young’s capabilities and expand the range of solutions they offer.
