Olshan Assists Client Brean Capital, LLC, with Strategic Investment by Hunt Capital Holdings

Olshan assisted client Brean Capital, LLC, a nation-wide, full-service broker-dealer, in connection with an investment by leading real asset investment manager Hunt Capital Holdings. The strategic investment provides enhanced investment banking, fixed income sales and trading, securitization, and derivative capabilities for Hunt Capital Holdings, while allowing Brean Capital, LLC, to extend its breadth of coverage. Additionally, the investment will enable Brean to continue to grow its securitization banking capabilities with a focus on the use of capital to support client activity.
