Olshan Represents JV in Sale of Madison Ave. Building to Swiss Fashion House Akris for $40.6M

The Real Deal reported on the sale of luxury retail condominiums at the corner of Madison Avenue and 66^th St. to Swiss luxury fashion house Akris for $40.6 million.
