Olshan Represents Bonjour Capital in Acquisition of Annin Lofts in Verona, NJ for $56M

NJBIZ and ROI-NJ reported on Olshan client Bonjour Capital’s acquisition of Annin Lofts, two buildings of 111-units located in Verona, NJ, for $56 million. Having to close within an extremely narrow window, the transaction required navigating a complex set of Freddie Mac, tax and municipal requirements.
