Crain’s NY Business Lists Olshan Client Hawksmoor on Top Manhattan Retail Leases List

Olshan partner Steven Gursky represented Hawksmoor, a UK-based steakhouse and cocktail bar chain, in the negotiation of a lease at 287 Park Avenue South, in Manhattan’s Gramercy Park neighborhood to house Hawksmoor’s flagship NYC restaurant.  This lease was listed by Crain’s New York Business on its Top Manhattan Retail Leases list, a ranking of the “biggest transactions in the first half of 2018.”
