Olshan Represents Nonprofit in Sale of Midtown East Residential Buildings

The Commercial Observer and Law360 reported that Olshan client JT Tai & Company Foundation, a nonprofit organization, recently sold two New York residential buildings for $41.5 million. The deal is for 246 E. 46th St. and 959-961 Second Ave., which have a combined 91 residential units, and was sold to Oak B. Management. East Midtown is primed for revitalization and the location of the buildings “sit at the heart of it all.” Real estate partner Eric Goldberg and associate Melody Schor represented JT Tai in this deal.
