Bernstein brings substantial experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and financings, working with private equity and venture capital funds, family offices, middle-market companies, and family-owned businesses.

Prior to joining Olshan, Bernstein was a partner in the Financial Services and Corporate groups at Sadis & Goldberg LLP. He advises private equity sponsors, family offices, middle-market companies and family-owned businesses on mergers and acquisitions, financings and other corporate matters. He serves as a trusted advisor on strategic transactions, business strategy, risk management and complex day-to-day legal issues across a broad range of industries, including fashion, consumer products, media, manufacturing, healthcare, technology, hospitality and food services.
