Jonathan represents clients throughout the lifecycle of their businesses, from acquisitions and growth investments to day-to-day corporate matters. Tailoring his approach to fit each client’s unique objectives, he delivers actionable, business-oriented guidance on complex transactions, corporate governance, business strategy and risk management. His practice includes negotiating and structuring mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, restructurings and other strategic transactions. Jonathan also counsels clients on commercial agreements and general corporate matters, helping businesses overcome legal and operational challenges while positioning them for long-term growth.
Jonathan has extensive experience advising clients across a wide range of industries, including fashion, consumer products, media, manufacturing, healthcare, technology and hospitality. Prior to joining Olshan, Jonathan was a partner in a New York-based boutique law firm. He is a published author and frequent speaker on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate law topics.
