Engaged Capital Reaches Agreement with BlackLine to Strengthen Board

Reuters, Business Insider, Investing.com and other media outlets reported on the agreement reached between Olshan client Engaged Capital and BlackLine, Inc. (Nasdaq: BL) pursuant to which BlackLine appointed Storm Duncan and Megan Prichard to the company’s board of directors. Mr. Duncan was also appointed to the board’s Strategic Committee. Vice Chair of Olshan’s Shareholder Activism Practice Group Ryan Nebel, partner Adrienne Ward, counsel Ian Engoron, associate Joseph Ferrone and law clerk Joshua Becker represented Engaged Capital in connection with its investment in BlackLine.
