Tom Kearns and Hyman Kindler Close Manhattan Office Building Purchase

The Real Deal and the Commercial Observer reported on the nearly $50 million acquisition of an office building in Midtown South by an Olshan client, a joint venture of affiliates of the Kaufman Organization and the French insurance firm AXA Financial. The 12 story, 67,000 square foot building is located at 56 West 22^nd Street. The Olshan team that represented the purchaser was led by Real Estate partners Thomas Kearns and Hyman Kindler and included Employment Practices Law partner Michael Passarella and Employee Benefits partner Stephen Ferszt, with help from associate Robert Gagne.
