Olshan Shareholder Activism and Advertising Practices Recognized in Legal 500 US 2018; “Leading Lawyer” and Four Other Lawyers Individually Recognized

Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP today announced that The Legal 500 United States 2018 Guide to leading law firms and attorneys has named the firm as a recommended Leading Firm in M&A/ Corporate and Commercial: Corporate Governance and Media, Technology and Telecoms: Advertising and Marketing. Steve Wolosky, co-chair of both Olshan’s Shareholder Activism and Corporate/Securities Law Practices was named as a Leading Lawyer in M&A/ Corporate and Commercial: Corporate Governance, and Andrew Freedman, co-chair of the Shareholder Activism Practice was named as a Recommended Lawyer for M&A/ Corporate and Commercial: Corporate Governance. In addition, two lawyers have been recognized as Recommended Lawyers in Media, Technology and Telecoms: Advertising and Marketing:  Andrew Lustigman, chair of Olshan’s Advertising, Marketing & Promotions Practice, and partner Scott Shaffer.
