Kenneth Silverman Leads Olshan Team in Battea’s Sale of a Minority Interest to TowerBrook Capital Partners

Olshan client Battea Class Action Services, LLC, a global provider of turn-key expert class, collective, antitrust and securities litigation recovery services, announced a $100 million minority equity investment from TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P., an international investment management firm. Corporate partner Kenneth Silverman, the lead attorney who represented Battea, was quoted by Law360Pulse (subscription required) saying that the deal was an “outstanding team effort.”  He also noted that "In just over five, very intense weeks, our team of lawyers worked tirelessly in order to achieve an outstanding end result for [Battea]".
