Nina Roket and Jessica Stanton Represent Real Estate Developer in Negotiation of New Lease for Pastis in Miami

The Real Deal, New York Post and other media sources reported on the NYC Meatpacking District hotspot Pastis’ future opening in the trendy Wynwood arts area of Miami. Nina Roket, a partner and leader of Olshan’s Commercial Leasing Practice, and  Jessica Stanton, an associate in the practice, represented real estate developer David Edelstein in a lease and collaboration with renowned restaurateurs Stephen Starr and Keith McNally. The restaurant is slated to open in the summer of 2022.
