Michael Passarella Appointed to Emergency Task Force on Mandatory COVID Vaccination by the NYSBA

Several news outlets have reported on the creation of an emergency task force by the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) who will provide a report and recommendations on the mandating of COVID-19 vaccines and safeguarding public health to prevent the spread of the virus to as many people as possible.  Employment Practices partner Michael Passarella has been appointed to the task force who will have four weeks from July 30^th to complete their work. The task force will also take into consideration possible rights violations as well as vulnerable populations who are hesitant to get vaccinated when making their decision.
