Olshan Represents MiT in Acquisition by Newmark Knight Frank

The Title Report reported that Olshan client MiT, a national title agency based in New York, was acquired by the full-service commercial real estate services business Newmark Knight Frank. MiT will operate as MiT National Land Services, a Newmark Knight Frank company. Marc Israel will continue to lead the agency as CEO. Real Estate partner Thomas Kearns is the lead attorney for the client and Employment partner Michael Passarella assisted with the employment issues.
