Nina Roket and Jessica Stanton Represent Landlord in Three Leases at One Willoughby Square

The Commercial Observer reported that the under-construction One Willoughby Square in Brooklyn has signed three new office tenants highlighting a broader trend of Brooklyn-based companies looking to elevate their workspaces. Ms. Foundation for Women, a national social justice foundation founded by Gloria Steinem, Propel, a financial technology firm, and Walnut Ridge, a nonprofit and philanthropic organization, all signed leases putting the 500,000 square-foot building at about 50 percent leased. Real estate partner Nina Roket and Counsel Jessica Stanton represent landlord, JEMB Realty in its leasing program at One Willoughby Square. Nina also represented JEMB in its development agreement for One Willoughby Square.
