Nina Roket Represents HELM Equities in Office and Retail Development Project Located in Miami Design District
Bloomberg, The Real Deal, Commercial Observer and REBusiness Online reported that Olshan client Helm Equities, an affiliate of JEMB Realty, is launching its first Miami project known as Parterre 42. HELM Equities is building a 500,000-square-foot office and retail building with 80,000 square feet of usable outdoor space, the largest such offering of outdoor space in the Miami Design District adding to the growing demand for office space in Miami. HELM Equities purchased the site at 4201 NE Second Avenue in 2014 and commissioned COOKFOX Architects to design Parterre 42. Olshan Real Estate partner Nina Roket represented Helm Equities in the acquisition and is working with the client in the development and leasing of this new project.
