Nina Roket and Jessica Stanton Handle Times Square Lease to WeWork at 1410 Broadway

The Real Deal reported on the lease at 1410 Broadway, a 34 story tall office building which spans 385,000 square feet at the corner of West 39th Street, for WeWork. WeWork has leased approximately 45,000 square feet over three floors and will open in Summer 2019. Olshan real estate partner Nina Roket and associate Jessica Stanton represented the landlord, L.H. Charney Associates, in the lease.
