Steven Gursky Negotiates Lease for Northern California Eataly Location

Silicon Valley Business Journal (subscription required) reported on Eataly’s first location in the Bay Area, a new three-story 45,000 square-foot food emporium located at Westfield Valley Fair in San Jose. This latest opening for the largest Italian marketplace is part of Eataly’s 41 locations across the world. Olshan Partner Steven Gursky negotiated this lease for Eataly at the new Westfield Valley Fair mall location, having also negotiated a number of leases for other Eataly locations.
